CLEVELAND — A man was shot and killed at a car wash in Cleveland.
The shooting happened Thursday around 5 p.m. near East 36th Street and Carnegie Avenue.
The man was transported to University Hospitals, where he later died.
It is unknown if any arrests have been made.
