CLEVELAND — A man was shot and killed in Cleveland late Monday night.
Police responded at around 11:09 p.m. to East 115th Street and St. Clair Avenue.
EMS confirmed a man was found dead at the scene.
Multiple casings were seen on the ground at the intersection of East 115th Street and St. Clair Avenue.
