CLEVELAND — Cleveland Police are investigating after a man's body was found tangled in live power lines at a substation.
The body was found early Wednesday morning at the substation on East 185th Street.
Police said that preliminary information reveals that a man climbed up the side of the substation with a bolt cutter before encountering a live source.
No other information was revealed.
