Michael Symon's new restaurant on East 4th Street officially opens Monday.
Mabel's BBQ will feature a variety of options including pork belly, crispy ears, brisket, kielbasa and ribs, according to the menu, which was posted to the celebrity chef's Facebook page last week.

The restaurant is set to open right next to Lola.
According to Symon, guests will be seated first come, first served the day of the opening.
