Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District changing customer service to 24-hour call-back option

CLEVELAND — The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District is changing its customer service routine amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Beginning Thursday, the sewer district’s customer service team is shifting wholly to a call-back option and online communication platform.

Customers have three options to reach NEORSD’s customer service line:

  • Submit a question to
  • Submit a question at
  • Leave a message at 216-881-8247
  • Submit a question via Twitter @neorsd or Facebook

Customers are asked to include their name, address, phone number, account number and a brief description of their inquiry. A representative will respond within 24 hours.

NEORSD offers a affordability and crisis program online.
