Outage leaves around 2,500 customers in Cleveland without power during winter storm

CLEVELAND — A power outage in Cleveland has impacted around 2,500 customers during the winter storm, according to Cleveland Public Power.
The outage in north and south of Detroit Avenue from the Flats to West 85th Street.
Crews are working to resolve the outage.
