An RTA bus crashed into a utility pole causing the pole to fall on top of the bus along Storer Avenue at West 52nd Street just after 3:15 a.m. Tuesday.
Cleveland police said no one was on the bus at the time of the crash.
Police said they were not sure why the driver was driving on the sidewalk prior to hitting the pole.
Storer Avenue is closed between West 50th Street and West 54th Street and West 52nd Street is closed at Storer Avenue until repairs can be made.
