CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Police Department is investigating after a man in his 20s was found fatally shot in Cleveland, according to a police report.
Shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Monday, a 24-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound in the 4300 block of Daisy Avenue, located on the city's West Side.
The 24-year-old male victim was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where he died.
The shooting remains under investigation.
