CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a fatal shooting.
The shooting happened in the 4700 block of Quincy Avenue at 11 a.m.
When police arrived, they found a man inside of a home suffering from a gunshot wound.
Orlondo Lamar Thorn Jr., 24, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
It is unknown if any arrests have been made.
