PHOTOS: Man cut catalytic convertor out of car

Police are looking for a man accused of cutting a catalytic convertor off a car in a Cleveland parking lot and stealing it earlier this month. 

According to police, the man pulled into the lot at 2050 West 32nd Street on April 13 at 1 p.m. in a blue car, got out and cut the catalytic convertor off another vehicle.

The suspect is described as a black man in his 40s, about 6 feet tall, weighing 250 pounds. He was wearing a white t-shirt.
