An alleged robber was chased down by a Family Dollar clerk after he put several items in his cart and walked out without paying.
According to Cleveland police, it all happened at the store at 11630 Lorain Avenue.
When police arrived, the store manager said the man walked around the store putting items, including baby care products, in the cart and then fled.
The clerk chased the suspect out and attempted to grab the cart. That's when it tipped over, spilling the items onto the ground.
A woman in a Jeep Liberty pulled up and reportedly said to the suspect, "I have money, why are you stealing?"
The man and woman then picked up some of the items and took off in the Jeep, hitting another car in the process.
Police say there was a baby in the SUV at the time.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect pictured above is asked to call police at 216-623-5118.
