A police pursuit ended in a crash on Cleveland's east side Thursday night.
Ohio State Highway patrol cruisers were pursuing a Honda SUV until the driver crashed into a tree near East 120th and Arlington Avenue around 8:45 p.m. The chase started near St. Clair Avenue and Eddy Road, a highway patrolman on scene said.
Cleveland police confirm two people from the vehicle were taken into custody, and two are still on the run.
A highway patrolman said they found "a large amount" of illegal drugs inside the vehicle, including heroin and marijuana. It's unknown if the vehicle was stolen.
Police did not immediately identify the men involved.
