CLEVELAND — The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office has dropped charges against a man who was accused of holding a woman inside of a freezer.
The man was charged with kidnapping and attempted murder.
On Aug. 20., a woman involved in a crash told police that she was sexually assaulted in East Cleveland.
After a crash, East Cleveland police said that the woman told their department she had been held in freezer, but then recanted it, only to say that it did actually happen.
ECPD said that the woman appeared to be “understandably confused.”
