CLEVELAND — The Salvation Army Cleveland West Park will be hosting a free produce giveaway at 12645 Lorain Ave. in Cleveland on Friday, March 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or until supplies last.
In partnership with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, a large variety of produce items will be available at no cost to area residents.
Any resident who is looking to receive produce should bring a photo ID and proof of residency such as an electric or another utility bill. Masks are required and residents are encouraged to bring their own bags to transport the produce.
The Salvation Army will be hosting the following additional dates from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.:
- April 16, 2021
- May 21, 2021
- June 18, 2021
- July 16, 2021
- August 20, 2021
- Sept. 17, 2021
