A baby girl has died after she was taken to the hospital with what officials called “abnormal injuries" Wednesday evening.

A source told newsnet5.com the 11-week-old baby was in full arrest at a home on West 143rd Street in Cleveland.
The baby was rushed to Fairview Hospital but the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner confirmed Thursday morning that the baby had died.
Cleveland police said the baby's death is determined a probable natural death at this time. However, the homicide unit is investigating, as they do for all child fatalities.
