A silver vehicle was stolen while children were still inside, according to Cleveland police.
Police said a silver Honda Odyssey minivan was stolen around 8 p.m Friday from the 3000 block of Clark Avenue. It went down West 25th Street with the children inside. Bungee cords were holding the hood down.
Four children were inside the vehicle when it was stolen, according to police. All children were under the age of 6.
The vehicle was located by police at Valley Road and Jennings Road in Cleveland after it crashed into another vehicle. All four kids were still inside and were okay.
A man was arrested.
Police told newsnet5.com the suspect is a violent sex offender.
