CLEVELAND — A South Carolina man has been indicted on federal charges for allegedly kidnapping a female in Michigan and driving her to Ohio to sexually assault.
Anthony Ingram, 32, has been charged with kidnapping and obstruction of justice. He was arrested by authorities in Kentucky.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Ingram drove the person across state lines in a semi-trailer truck.
Authorities said Ingram also disposed of a cell phone, clothing and a towel that could have been used as evidence.
