CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a crash on Route 2 at Edgewater Park Monday night, according to state troopers.
Shortly after 11:30 p.m., state troopers responded to the crash scene where an SUV was on top of a pile of gravel located at a nearby sewer plant.
