Three people shot in the area of East 77th Street and Korman Avenue in Cleveland over weekend

Several people were shot in the area of East 77th Street and Korman Avenue on Sunday, according to Cleveland police reports. 

Cleveland police reported officers went to the 1000 block of East 77th Street on Sunday for a report of men with loaded guns. 

When officers arrived, according to police, one victim was found lying in the street unresponsive. Officers administered first aid until EMS arrived and took the victim to University Hospitals where he died. The man was only identified by police as a 22-year-old.

Police reported witnesses said there was a large group of men in the area having a verbal argument before the shooting occurred. After further investigation, police learned two more victims were also shot in the area of East 77th Street and Korman Avenue, but were taken to University Hospitals by private transportation. 

The second victim was identified by police as 22-year-old Justin L. Robinson. Robinson received a gunshot wound to the foot and his head was grazed.

Police identified the third victim as 24-year-old Albert L. Perry. Perry received a gunshot wound to the wrist. 

This case is being investigated as a suspected homicide.
