Motorists on the west side heading into Cleveland Friday night will need to take another route into the city due to an eastbound lane closure of the Main Avenue bridge.
Ohio Department of Transportation crews will shut down all of the eastbound lanes around 8 p.m. until 10 a.m. on Saturday to shift traffic over. When the bridge reopens on Saturday, the left lane and the West 28th Street entrance ramp will stay closed.
The closure will remain in effect for 30 days.
