Police said a Browns fan decided to celebrate Sunday's win with a joy ride on a DAY-GLO-painted sheep. And then, they said, he stole it.

Surveillance video shows a man tampering with the sheep — a statue dedicated to the Year of the Sheep as part of a public art program in Cleveland's St. Clair-Superior neighborhood — and then ripping it off its base. The manager of DAY-GLO, which sponsored the statue, valued at $2,500, said that the man climbed on top of it and tried to ride it before the theft.

The theft happened Sunday just before 6 p.m.

Anyone who recognizes the man in the surveillance video or who has seen the sheep since is asked to call Cleveland Police.
