A woman was arrested in connection with a deadly assault that happened in Cleveland on Tuesday morning.
According to police, officers were dispatched for a fight at a residence on the 8300 block of Detroit Avenue. The 41-year-old victim was found unresponsive with what appeared to be an injury to his head. He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center and pronounced dead.
The suspect, Kelly N. Hill, 38, was also transported to a nearby hospital, then treated and released. Authorities took Hill into custody when she left the hospital.
The incident started off as an argument between Hill and the victim and then escalated, police said.
Charges against Hill haven't been announced.
