A local man surprised his woman by planning the perfect wedding proposal.
On Friday, downtown Cleveland was a special location for Tanesha Halton. At Playhouse Square, underneath the iconic chandelier, Dr. Antoine Moss dropped to one knee and asked for Halton's hand in marriage.
With a few tears, she said yes!
