ERIE COUNTY, Ohio — Erie Metroparks announced Monday all in-person programming, including facility reservations and indoor facilities, will remain closed through Dec. 31 due to concerns of the coronavirus.

The outdoor properties, which include over 3,000 acres and more than 30 miles of trails, will remain open to the public. Park guests are asked to maintain social distancing at all times.

Staff asks the public to limit restroom use to emergencies only.

Online-based programming will still be offered for all ages.
