FBI officials are warning the public about a Puerto Rican fugitive who was spotted in the Youngstown area Thursday morning.
According to the FBI, Ramon Cruz is wanted for multiple felonies.
When local police tried to apprehend Cruz early Thursday, he fired several shots at police, striking a cruiser.
He was last seen near Interstate 680 in the Youngstown area.
Cruz is considered armed and dangerous.
