CLEVELAND — The FBI is looking for a man reeking of bad body odor who didn’t make an attempt to conceal his identity (or his odor) when he robbed a bank in Cleveland Tuesday morning with a note.

The robbery happened at US Bank, 1350 Euclid Ave. around 10:18 a.m.

According to the FBI, the man tried several times to get inside the bank before it opened. He then tried to withdraw money using a withdrawal form but didn’t have a working account number.

After the man was told to come back with a proper account number, he presented a note that stated, “I have a gun and I will shoot you if you press the button. I want 20, 50 and 100s,” the FBI stated.

The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money.

The man stands between 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 5 feet, 8 inches tall. The FBI states that the man had also smelled bad. No other distinguishing information was released.

Anyone with information about the man’s identity is asked to call Cleveland police, the Cleveland Division of the FBI or CrimeStoppers.
