JEFFERSON, Ohio — The Jefferson Police Department busted six meth labs over the weekend.
Police said they served warrants in the Rock Creek and Rome Township area.
Authorities said the warrants were the result of a five month long investigation in the purchasing of chemicals used for making meth.
Officers found a total of six active meth lab, a large amount of suspected meth, money, drug paraphernalia, chemicals used to create meth, a gun, drug abuse instruments and several drug trafficking indictators.
Two people were arrested.
Their names have not been released.
