ASHTABULA COUNTY, Ohio — A man was arrested and indicted on six counts of gross sexual imposition for crimes that occurred over a 14-month span, according to the Ashtabula County Prosecutor.
Clark Mann was indicted on Sept. 29 and arrested on Oct. 2 on six counts of gross sexual imposition, all third degree felonies.
Mann is accused of touching a 7-year-old in a sexual manner on six different occasions between July 2019 and September 2020.
The victim is not a relative of Mann, the prosecutor office said.
For each count, Mann faces 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 or 60 months, according to the prosecutor’s office.
