CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Fire Department is responding to a house fire on East 53rd Street, just south of St. Clair Avenue, in Cleveland Friday morning.
Firefighters said the house was occupied at the time of the fire.
One resident was already brought to safety, firefighters said.
Crews are continuing to work on putting out the fire while also continuing search and rescue efforts.
