A 3-year-old child is in serious condition after falling out of an apartment building window Thursday morning.
It happened in the 2600 block of Cedar Avenue.
Police said the toddler fell from the second story.
The child was taken to University's Hospital Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating.
