A Berea man was sentenced Monday to more than 12 years in jail for selling a fatal overdose last year.
Brandon Wagner, 43, was found guilty of distribution of heroin after he sold the drugs to a Lakewood man in March 2016 that resulted in the man's death, according to the Northern District of Ohio U.S. Attorney's Office.
