A man has now been charged with murder in connection with the murder of a Fairview Park woman earlier this month.

Lynita McCaslin, 32, was found dead at her home on West 221st Street on Feb. 26 by police who were performing a welfare check.

On May 23, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner ruled cause of death as homicide.

Fairview Park police announced Thursday that McCaslin's live-in boyfriend, 40-year-old Jamal Bey, had been indicted on an aggravated murder charge in connection with her death.
