EUCLID, Ohio — The Euclid Police Department is looking for a not-so-quite Disney princess who caused a crash over the weekend and then fled the scene with such haste that it was reminiscent of Cinderella leaving the ball before her carriage turned back into a pumpkin.

And just like her animated counterpart, this live-action wannabe Cinderella has a penchant for slippers, albeit yellow fluffy ones instead of glass, according to a Facebook post from the department on Tuesday.

Police say that the incident happened on April 12 around 2:39 p.m. in the parking lot of East 200th Street.

“We are looking for any information you could provide on her, the pumpkin she was riding in, or the mice that she runs with,” EPD said in the Facebook post.

Anyone who can help "bibbidi bobbity bust" the woman is asked to call the department’s fairy godmother at 216-731-1234 and reference Officer Maslyk’s report #20-90340
