Cleveland EMS confirms a 4-year-old boy and a 3-year-old boy are in critical condition after a vehicle crashed into a tree Thursday morning.
Fire crews were dispatched around 7:40 a.m. to Broadway Avenue and Baxter Avenue.
The driver of the vehicle was intoxicated and taken into custody, according to Cleveland police.
Two children and two adults were transported to MetroHealth Medical Center.
