A Cleveland Heights High School student was transported to the hospital this week after consuming a rice crispy treat laced with marijuana.
According to a police report, the girl said she bought the treat from another student before school on Sept. 13.
The girl was taken to University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital for treatment.
At the hospital, doctors confirmed the rice crispy treat was laced with pot.
Police say the girl admitted she knew the treat was laced when she bought it.
The student who sold the rice crispy treat is facing charges of possession of drugs and trafficking of drugs.
