The City of Cleveland posted invitations on its website Monday to bid for supplies and equipment it needs to prepare for the Republican National Convention.
The items listed on the city's website are: breast plates, bridle reins, bridle, flexible handcuffs, horse supplies (hay and shavings), night vision mount, parking meter bags, rain poncho, and safety equipment.
