STRONGSVILLE, Ohio — Three Cleveland Metroparks Rangers helped a man who worked to clean debris after 9/11 find his lost dog on Sunday.

Brian Morningstar walks his bloodhound named Billy the Kid every day in Bonnie Park in Strongsville.

When Billy the Kid went missing, the park rangers stepped in to assist in the search.

The park rangers searched for Billy the Kid for two hours before finding him a half mile away and returning him to his owner.

Morningstar is very thankful for the ranger’s help. He said dog is his best friend and is “what gets him through every day.”
