Cleveland Police Patrolman's Association President Steve Loomis was involved in a two-car accident around 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday.

Loomis, who was on duty at the time of the accident, was taken to MetroHealth, but Cleveland Police report no life threatening injuries as a result of the accident. Loomis has since been released from the hospital.
