CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A Wednesday evening concert at the Civic in Cleveland Heights was shut down after gunshots were heard.
Police said around 10 p.m. there was a large disturbance at the venue. During this time, several gunshots were fired in the parking lot.
The crowds began to scatter and additional disturbances and fights broke out.
A few hundred people were in attendance.
The Civic was hosting a concert with several musical acts scheduled to perform.
Officers shut down the concert for the night to avoid further problems and dispersed the large crowds.
No injuries were reported.
