A crash on Interstate 480 at Granger Road caused delays in both directions Friday afternoon.
The crash, involving a semi truck and a car, happened in the westbound lanes of the highway around 12:30 p.m.
Garfield Heights police responded to the area.
Officials say at least one person was injured.
