MAPLE HEIGHTS, Ohio — Thousands are without power following an outage in the greater Cleveland area late Saturday morning.
According to FirstEnergy, more than 2,000 residents are affected by the outage. The majority of the customers are in Maple Heights.
FirstEnergy said it expects power to be restored by mid-afternoon Saturday.
Officials have not stated what caused the outage.
