Sandwiches sold and possibly purchased at 7-Eleven stores in Cleveland that have Sabra hummus spread on them are now a part of the national recall by the Sabra Dipping Company.
Customers who purchased chicken and hummus sandwiches at the stores between Nov. 18 and Nov. 20, should throw the item away or return it to a 7-Eleven for a full refund, according to a Friday announcement by the company posted on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration website.
The current recall impacts 389 sandwiches that were distributed in the 7-Eleven stores in Cleveland, Pittsburg and Buffalo, New York.
Friday's announcement is the second round of a statewide recall that has been issued by the company after listeria was identified at the manufacturing facility. The first recall was issued last week.
