A person is in jail after driving a BMW up on a grassy median before crashing into a tree Thursday morning.
It happened at 3 a.m. on Chester Avenue at E. 24th Street, across from the Cleveland State University campus.
The driver was given a field sobriety test. Police handcuffed the driver and was placed into the cruiser.
BMW on top a tree in the median at East 24th and Chester. The field sobriety test did not go well...I could even hear the driver dare the officers to do the same test. He's in custody. pic.twitter.com/CSmVHjZe9Q
