EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — East Cleveland police are investigating a fatal shooting.
The shooting happened around 7:15 p.m. in the 14000 block of Scioto Avenue.
Police said a witness at the scene gave the male chest compressions, and he had no signs of life.
The male was transported to University Hospital, where he later died.
