Euclid High School senior killed in crash, 2 others injured

EUCLID, Ohio — A senior at Euclid High School was killed in a crash that occurred near Euclid Avenue and Dille Road on Saturday, according to the school district.

The district said that two other seniors at the high school were involved in the crash but are expected to recover from their injuries.

“The Euclid Schools family is devastated by the loss of the life of a promising young man. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of this young man. We are hopeful for a speedy and full recovery for the two young men who were also in the vehicle, involved in the accident,” the district said in a statement.

Beginning Monday, March 22, there will be grief counseling available for Euclid High School students and staff impacted by the incident.

The school district said that information will be provided to Euclid High School families regarding the incident when it becomes available.
