Fahad Mohammed Saeed was indicted by a grand jury Thursday morning. He is currently being held in Cuyahoga County Jail where he is serving a sentence for violating a temporary protection order which was issued by Roaa S. Al Dhannoon in 2015.

The remains of Al Dhannoon were found in a wooded area in Brooklyn earlier this week.

Members of the Lakewood Police Department, FBI, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office and the Ohio Search and Recovery K-9 Team searched an area along Big Creek on Monday.

A container buried along the creek was located and excavated. The item was "suspected of containing biological remains."

A positive identification was made through fingerprints.

Al Dhannoon, 25, was last seen at her Edgewater Drive apartment in October. She was recently divorced from Saeed who was later charged with violating a protection order. She has a 5-year-old son.
