A family of four was able to escape from their North Royalton home after a fire broke out in the garage early Monday.
The mother said she saw a glow outside around 2 a.m., went to the garage and saw the fire.
The husband was able to get three of their vehicles out of the garage safely but one motorcycle was destroyed.
Three cats were in the home at the time of the fire, one was found dead. The other two are unaccounted for.
Drake Road was closed between West 130th Street and Bennett Road as firefighters battled the flames.
Officials say the home is too damaged to be occupied.
