The Boy Scouts of America said it removed Robertson from his position as soon as it learned of the allegations. Robertson was also relieved of his duties as an unarmed, voluntary auxiliary officer upon his arrest.

Prior to this investigation, Robertson did not have a criminal history, according to police.

Robertson's sentencing is set for June 6.
