The former Olmsted Falls Boy Scout leader and auxiliary police officer who was charged with multiple counts of rape in March 2017 pleaded guilty to other charges on Wednesday.
Aaron J. Robertson admitted to three counts of sexual battery and four counts of gross sexual imposition. He was originally charged with more than ten counts of raping a 15-year-old boy.
The Boy Scouts of America said it removed Robertson from his position as soon as it learned of the allegations. Robertson was also relieved of his duties as an unarmed, voluntary auxiliary officer upon his arrest.
Prior to this investigation, Robertson did not have a criminal history, according to police.
Robertson's sentencing is set for June 6.
