CLEVELAND — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of an 18-year-old man wanted for aggravated murder.
Joshua Townsend, 18, is wanted for aggravated murder after he allegedly shot and killed a 20-year-old man identified as Justin Powell on June 25.
Powell was found shot multiple times on the sidewalk near the 17600 block of South Miles Road in Cleveland.
Townsend is approximately 5 feet, 6 inches and weighs about 130 pounds. He’s considered armed and dangerous and has a last known address near the 3600 block of East 57th Street in Cleveland.
