John Wayne Wagner is the man wanted by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force this week.
The Task Force said Wagner is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department for probation violation, with underlying charges of arson. He is also wanted by the Parma Police Department for felony traffic offenses after he led officers on a car chase. He also has outstanding warrants out of Strongsville and Cleveland, as well as out of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department in Arizona.
Wagner, 31, is described by officials as a white man who is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 200 lbs. He has blond hair and blue eyes. Officials said Wagner is believed to be hiding on Cleveland's west side.
Wagner should be considered armed and dangerous, with attempts to flee from law enforcement in the past, officials said.
